This a big hotel with excellent customer service, spotless hygiene, beautiful ambiance. There are few free parking spaces in front of the hotel and if you have no luck they offer paid parking lot below the building

The hotel has underground parking and breakfast was good. The staff was really friendly and we also got a free upgrade of our room.

We stayed for two nights in Parma with family and chose this hotel because of its location. It’s around 15 min walk from city center which is not so far. It’s free parking at the hotel which is a good thing when you want to walk and explore around the city. Restaurant connected to the hotel is very good, far above average in service and taste. Breakfast is good but not included in the price.

The apartment is nice, quiet, clean, located on the ground floor of a modern building. The entrance is a little bit hidden, but you will find it just opposite the fountain in the middle of the roundabout. You will get in through the codes given by the host Paolo who is very nice and helpful. The location is good, it´s a 20-minute walk to the cathedral of Parma. The free parking is possible 300 m from the apartment.

Ernesto was fantastic. Met us on time. Was very friendly and showed us how everything worked and was always available for help with suggestions for restaurants, supermarkets etc. He took us to the underground parking lot which costs EUR15 per 24 hours. The walk back from the parking lot is 7 minutes. The location is perfect. A couple of minutes walk to the centre of Parma. The apartment is superb. Very modern, beautifully furnished with a great bed and is spotlessly clean.
