We really enjoyed the breakfast, it was super nicely placed. The room was also comfortable. The location is very close to the train station. It was also very quiet! The staff was absolutely AMAZING!

Amazing hotel in the city center. Very cosy and elegant. Rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean. Kitchen has everything you need. I was very lucky, the view from my windows was amazing - directly to the Battistero di Parma. The hotel is situated close to all main attractions. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

New large clean rooms with kitchen and 2 a/c. Safe parking in the surrounding area. Also very close to the highway. Two wine glasses and espresso cups I think are essential in the kitchen equipment. Very good communication with the owners. I recommend it!

A fantastic stay in Parma. The apartment is in an excellent location, just a short 500-metre walk to the historic centre, making it easy to explore the city on foot. The apartment itself was spacious, thoughtfully laid out and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It felt more like a home than a holiday rental. What really made the experience exceptional was Genie. She was always available, incredibly responsive and genuinely cared about ensuring we had a wonderful stay. Nothing was too much trouble, and her hospitality elevated the experience from great to outstanding. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Parma.

This is a really new and well thought out establishment. Fredrico is an absolute star. We got into a bind with our lack of Italian and needed some help and he was so kind. Good cafes, great restaurants and grocery stores within easy walk. Parking is mostly paid and watch out for the early morning street markets or you could end up having your car towed.
