Lots of things you can count which make staying in this hotel comfortable and relaxing. First - free parking and you get personal care of your car. Then - amazing receptionists who are kind and helpful. Comfortable bed and nice bathroom. You have blinds in the room and you can open window. The hotel is situated something like 15 minutes from the heart of Parma, but I would say, that the restaurant which is situated on the ground floor of the hotel is the real heart of the city. Amazing food and service and good wine list. I consider ristorante Cocchi as one of my favorite among all the restaurants in Italy.

Very clean, walking distance to the park.

Very nice place, close to main attractions. We loved the authenticy of the place with all the decorations. Quite place also, though the bar across the road was very noisy (the windows are towards the yard). Aircon is a bonus.

The reception was very nice to book one room although I had two separate reservations. The people responsible for cleaning the room were so kind to adapt their scheme to my scheduled online meeting. On top of that, the breakfast was excellent.

Everything! It was charming, eclectic and cool. Location was great and when we asked the front desk for dinner recommendations, she offered to make reservations for us. It was excellent!

Our stay at Palazzo Altavilla Deluxe was absolutely perfect! The apartment was spotlessly clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable—every night felt like sleeping on a cloud. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of Parma, so convenient for exploring, yet surprisingly quiet at night. We had peaceful, restful sleep after each day of adventure. Parking was also very convenient, with a nearby parking space that made getting around stress-free. The owner was extremely kind and always available, offering helpful and quick responses to any questions we had. It truly felt like a home away from home, and we can’t wait to book again!
