The apartment is very nice in a quiet area. It's spacious with a well equipped kitchen. Spotless and warm with good quality linen and towels. The beds were very comfortable. The host was kind and responsive. Street parking available. The complimentary coffee was delicious. We had a great time!

Great location. Walking distance to all the main attractions in Parma. The rooms were spotless and with modern bathrooms. Really appreciate the extra touches such as tea/coffee making, refrigerator and the filtered water. The decor of the property was lovely too and communication with the host was very easy. Great value for money.

Apartment is huge and really lovely. It has three large bedrooms, renovated bathroom and a living room with a fully equipped kitchen. We could enter using a Nuki app, which worked perfectly. There's also many parking spaces in front of the apartment. Unfortunately, due to a personal event we arrived late and only spent the night in the apartment. The owner was very nice to let us stay half an hour after the check out time.
