Excellent Breakfast, very close to the main station.

The reception was very nice to book one room although I had two separate reservations. The people responsible for cleaning the room were so kind to adapt their scheme to my scheduled online meeting. On top of that, the breakfast was excellent.

This is all very good. Cleanliness is adequate. However, there is no possibility to change the room after booking.

Lots of things you can count which make staying in this hotel comfortable and relaxing. First - free parking and you get personal care of your car. Then - amazing receptionists who are kind and helpful. Comfortable bed and nice bathroom. You have blinds in the room and you can open window. The hotel is situated something like 15 minutes from the heart of Parma, but I would say, that the restaurant which is situated on the ground floor of the hotel is the real heart of the city. Amazing food and service and good wine list. I consider ristorante Cocchi as one of my favorite among all the restaurants in Italy.

Everything! It was charming, eclectic and cool. Location was great and when we asked the front desk for dinner recommendations, she offered to make reservations for us. It was excellent!

Spotless clean, excellent location and friendly helpful staff

We loved this hotel. The room was beautiful, comfortable and so clean. Continental breakfast was delicious. The best thing about the hotel is the staff. Nothing is too much trouble. Late self check in was very easy and someone was at the reception desk the next morning and was so helpful. Housekeeping were excellent and would service the room whilst we were at breakfast and the chap who prepared and served breakfast single handed was great. Even preparing a tray for me have in my room when I wasn’t feeling well one morning. The location is excellent and Parma is a lovely place to visit

Location of the hotel is perfect in the center of the city Breakfast is good room is very clean the front desk lady was very polite and gave us excellent recommendations to visit the area- she helped us a lot and was vey kind and polite.
