Excellent location, short walk to the centre across a park and a supermarket across the way. The hotel has large and airy spaces to relax in. The rooms were large and the decoration was calming. Beds comfortable and lovely linen with a pillow menu. There was lots of parking space and the cost was reasonable. Exceptionally clean hotel. The staff were welcoming and courteous. A lovely 2 day stay. Thank you.

The reception was very nice to book one room although I had two separate reservations. The people responsible for cleaning the room were so kind to adapt their scheme to my scheduled online meeting. On top of that, the breakfast was excellent.

The location, near train station, is perfect for arrival by train. The room was just like in pictures, spacious, clean, with good AC (it was heat wave, but inside was fine). The center is close (10 min walking distance).

Lots of things you can count which make staying in this hotel comfortable and relaxing. First - free parking and you get personal care of your car. Then - amazing receptionists who are kind and helpful. Comfortable bed and nice bathroom. You have blinds in the room and you can open window. The hotel is situated something like 15 minutes from the heart of Parma, but I would say, that the restaurant which is situated on the ground floor of the hotel is the real heart of the city. Amazing food and service and good wine list. I consider ristorante Cocchi as one of my favorite among all the restaurants in Italy.

Location exceptional for convenience in old town. Easy to get to station in taxi 8-10E. Fabulous breakfast the best in Italy so far.

Truly exceptional property, from the friendliness of the staff, the ambience in the room we had, right through to the delightful breakfast experience (me with a little Italian and the staff member with no English!), conversing with a gentleman who fed us well and provided some excellent restaurant recommendations.

A very cosy hotel that I would choose again if I come back to the city. The location is great, very close to the city center. The room as well as the common areas were very clean, the breakfast offered many choices all of them tasteful and the staff was very friendly.
