Added bonus was having a pool, one of the few hotels i believe that have one in that area.. this was very handy after a full day of site seeing. Very close to the main tourist areas. Very friendly and helpful staff who couldn’t do enough to help us. I also loved the garden area. We would definitely stay here again when we return to Palermo.

Everything was perfect. Staff was amazing, friendly. The breakfast was very local, tasty and different in every day. The location is near 5min walk from the center. And, of course, Palermo is awesome.

The guest room was easy to find and right in the heart of the main shopping street Vea Etna Gloria showed us into the room and was very helpful making sure we were ok and asked if we needed recommendations to restaurant's or any other help , she checked on us in the morning by message to make sure all was ok and comfortable a very nice young lady 🥰 the room is very modern clean and the spa bath with plenty of hot water and room has coffee machine the bed is very comfortable the best out of our 8 night trip with 4 different hotels beds 🩷

Autentica Ortigia ตั้งอยู่ในซีรากูซา ห่างจากหาด Syracuse Small Beach 1.2 กม. และห่างจากใจกลาง 600 ม. the location was perfect. also the hospitality of the owner was top. mini bar, coffee, tea and the antipasti plate were for free and tasty. we got a lot huge list of recommendations for to eat, drink and sightseeing.
