He was very welcoming and kind, showed parking area (5min walk from the hotel, public and free) and gave a lift back to the hotel. Room was spacious and very clean. Loved the area around the hotel, had very good pizza across the street. Breakfast was delicious. Loved everything.

The Ravizza has its own private garden overlooking the countryside. A unique combination of an old charming palace with modern amenities and fantastic view - can highly recommend. The bed was probably the most comfortable we stayed in while traveling two months in Italy, good air condition, very good breakfast with a lovely garden with fantastic view.
