The hotel is the perfect place we needed to relax after Tokyo and before our trip in the mountains. The comfort of the hotel, the amazing nature around, the impeccable service, and the relaxing Onsen were the perfect blend. We did have dinner as well, the Italian menu and it was very good, with small but multiple and diverse portions. The dinner was a little rushed as there are 2 services and the restaurant had to be prepared, but it worked for us since we were already hungry. All in all, the kids loved it and we enjoyed every moment.

Good value for money. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the staff were friendly. Nothing particularly luxurious, but everything was well organized and worked as expected. The luggage storage service was especially helpful. Overall, a pleasant stay.
