The Family Room is separated into 2 rooms, each with own TV and air-con, and shared toilet. Free coffee machine and microwave are available beside hotel lobby. There are also washing machine and drier. Shoes are not allowed in hotel (similar to other onsen hotel) and is stored downstairs locker. Beppu Tokiwa shopping center is withing walking distance. Hotel staff is very friendly and able to converse in English.

Super! This place is best of the best for our trip. Room is huge compare the cost that we spend. So convenience, walkable from Beppu station and able to walk to Donki so close. Staff is so nice and provide a good guidance for us and also very good English. We very impress to stay here. Definitely will come back next time.

The hotel offers the best value for money. The room was big and nicely decorated. The staff’s attention to details was top notch. The location is 10 out of 10. The hotel is right next to Kumamoto station and in AMU shopping center. There’re many good restaurants nearby.

Open from September 2019, only 150 metres from JR Hakata Train Station, Miyako Hotel Hakata offers stylish rooms with a flat-screen TV and a private bathroom. I didn’t have breakfast in the hotel but the location is great.
