Miyajima Guesthouse Mikuniya is a traditional Japanese-style guesthouse located on Miyajima (Itsukushima). The guesthouse was very clean, spacious and offered an included light evening meal and breakfast. The kitchen was spotless and every detail taken care of. The property was in a good location and the staff were friendly and helpful. Costs were very reasonable for what was offered and I recommend the guesthouse and would stay there again.

Situé à 3 minutes à pied du sanctuaire d'Itsukushima, le Miyajima Grand Hotel Arimoto propose un bain de source chaude extérieur. Service level was top notch and the staff made us feel very well taken care of. Probably the best bean bag pillows I've laid my head on in Japan. Usually I find them uncomfortable, but these were surprisingly good. The toilet was fantastic too.

Great location , close to town and the red Tori. Spacious comfortable room, view of the forest in the back, nice building with a restaurant downstairs with excellent food. Great breakfast. Kind and helpful staff. You can leave your bags if needed. We walked from the ferry, 20-30 mns. Great bath/tubs. Everything works well.

Situé sur l'île de Miyajima, classée au patrimoine mondial de l'UNESCO, l'Iwaso propose des hébergements de style japonais offrant une vue magnifique sur les environs. The Ryokan was an amazing traditional stay. Staff, food and facilities were amazing.

The old lady at the front desk who checked us in and helped serve us dinner and breakfast was adorable. She spoke a little bit of English and seemed genuinely excited to see us when we would go in and out of the hotel and made us feel very welcome. 10/10 just for her. The location is directly across from the ferry terminal which is convenient for dropping bags off before exploring the island. I believe Yamaichi Bekkan is associated with the Yamaichi Honten restaurant on the other side of Lawson (Bekkan = "Annex" while Honten = "Main shop") so the dinner and breakfast were surprisingly good. Basically the same food as the restaurant. It's great to walk around the island after the crowds have gone for the day.

We had an incredible stay! This location is a bit outside of Hiroshima, but very easy to get to by cab or train. The facilities were beautiful, and our room was comfortable with very thoughtful amenities and a beautiful private onsen. The main lobby has bountiful snacks and an incredible sake selection, as well as tons of other beverages that we could help ourselves to as we pleased. Both of our meals were so delicious, much more food than we were able to eat, and our whole party got to share a private dining room with an open hearth. This was truly a wonderful experience, and I would recommend anyone to book here and make the trip!
