It takes only 10 minutes to walk to fujiq and half an hour to lake. Theres a huge mall 10 minutes away. They have projector with netflix/youtube etc. Staff do everything to satisfy any needs. They offers free shuttle bus when you leave.

The owner was incredibly kind and friendly. Even though I went alone, I was able to enjoy the BBQ for 5,000 yen, and I bought some firewood separately to stay warm. The breakfast and BBQ prepared by the staff were both delicious! I visited in late October, and it was a bit chilly at night. There was a kerosene heater, but I think I set the timer wrong—it kept turning off every 10 minutes. Also, there was a slight kerosene smell. But the view was absolutely amazing, the accommodation was adorable and beautifully decorated, and the bedding was clean and comfortable. Sharing a restroom wasn’t a problem either. It would be nice to have rubber gloves for washing dishes! All the staff were very kind and helpful. If I visit Fuji again, I’ll definitely come back here and recommend this place to my friends.

We were super lucky with the weather and got the most beautiful view of Mt Fuji from our balcony. The bathtub overlooking the lake and Mt Fuji is an absolute must!

Wafu Guesthouse Kashiwaya ligger 5 minuters promenad från Kawaguchikos station och 7 minuters bilresa från Kawaguchiko Interchange på Chuo Expressway. The owner was super nice, she really made sure we felt like at home. Facilities are nice, Japanese style and very clean. Would recommend this accomodation!

Situated right next to Fuji-Q Highland Amusement Park, Highland Resort Hotel & Spa boasts Mount Fuji views, large hot spring baths and spa facilities. At first we found some hairs on bed, the manager end up with upgraded our room to the higher levels. Fantastic job for handling customer complaints.
