This was my second stay at the hotel, and it didn’t disappoint. The room is spacious — which is rare in Osaka — and has a beautiful, classic atmosphere. Everything was very clean, and Guerlain amenities were still provided, which added a luxury touch. The location near Umeda is perfect for getting around, and the staff are always kind and attentive. I’ll definitely come back again on future trips to Osaka.

The lobby is thoughtfully designed and stylish, a really pleasant space to relax. Sitting back in the Eames lounge chair after a day out was a small luxury we truly enjoyed. Parking was available right under the hotel, and we appreciated the discount coupon provided at the front desk. The location is ideal, just next to America Mura and surrounded by plenty of great restaurants. Our kids especially loved exploring all the vintage clothing shops in the neighborhood. Dotonbori, with its iconic signs and lively street food scene, is also an easy walk from the hotel. The laundry room deserves a special mention. It is excellent, with professional-quality washers and dryers that made it easy to freshen up our clothes during the trip. Metro access is quick and convenient, which made getting around Osaka very easy. A well-designed, comfortable hotel in a vibrant neighborhood. We would gladly stay again.
