Location was very close to Higashi-Shinjuku station, and there are a lot of convenience stores close-by. The hotel is about a 5-10 minute short walk from the main Shinjuku area, so there are also a lot of restaurant options to choose from. The staff were very nice and accommodating. I booked a car park spot during my stay, and they reserved it for me days prior. When I asked where I need to go to park the car, the staff personally walked me out to the car park to show me the location.

Calm and safe neighbourhood; Well equipped rental; Spotlessly clean; The fresh flowers on the dining table was a warm welcoming touch and the spice air freshners in the foyer and bathroom was thoughtful. Excellent wi-fi connectivity. A good number of plug points and usb charging ports. Many convenience stores closeby like 7-Eleven, Family Mart and small eateries. A couple of small public parking lots nearby, 3 to 5 mins by walk . There are also couple of beverage vending machines in the street.

Location was great. Blue bottle cafe right outside and few other small restaurant/bar. Train station right at Tokyo midtown mall which is across the road less then 5mins walk. Upscale shops, supermarket, convenient stores, pharmacy & restaurants in the mall. No parking lots as it’s in the alley street of houses. Cozy but spacious. Kitchenette is equipped, fridge , towels, shower gel provided.

We enjoyed the good location of the hotel, 2min walk from the Kichijoji station (direct line to Shibuya) and there are a lot of restaurants around. The staff is friendly and can speak English. The breakfast buffet is amazing. The hotel has its own parking lot (paid service) that's very convenient. Not far from the Ghibli Museum and from a very nice park with a zoo and a pond.

The room was clean with almost complete toiletries including facial masks and cream and a nice bath tub. It had a parking lot in basement that was convenient for us. It is however not recommended for a family group as per their policy, once you enter the room, you cannot go out for a walk since it would be considered as checking out. We needed a budget friendly place to stay overnight and the place worked out for us plus the breakfast was good. The receptionist spoke English and was very polite and explained everything to us.

The only advantage is there is a separate 2 single beds room, which my daughter can have her privacy. Other than that it is located quite a distance from Ikebukuro station and need to cross the railway tracks! In a quiet area. Plus the living area is small. Though minimum facilities available. No space for car parking, you need to use paid parking lots, which is expensive in Japan.

The location is the best for Ginza area. The room we got is Executive Double room. It fits our family of 3 perfectly. Although, the hotel does not have buffet breakfast, they delivered breakfast in the wooden box to your room. We found that it is very convenience. Hotel does not have car park, but there is a paid parking nearby. Staff was vey nice during check in and check out. Hotel also has the restuarant guidebook that is very helpful.
