Very good location 200 meters walk from.metro station. They provide free transfer to/from Haneda airport (based on schedule). Room was clean and really big compared to japanrese standards.

The location of the hotel was truly excellent. There was a Mega Don Quijote store right across the street, and another Don Quijote inside the plaza where the hotel is located. Besides that, it was in a very central part of Shibuya. However, if you plan to use the subway or arrive from the airport with luggage, walking from the station to the hotel might be a bit difficult, since it’s not right next to the station but about a 5–6 minute walk. I’d recommend keeping that in mind. The hotel was very clean, and the staff were very helpful. We had a few different situations with our luggage, and they assisted us every time. We honestly couldn’t find any negative points about the hotel. The only thing is that it was a bit expensive compared to nearby hotels. Also, the room was somewhat small. Did it work for us? Yes, because I kept the room very tidy. But if you don’t keep things as organized, you might feel a bit cramped with luggage. Still, it wasn’t a big problem.

Very accommodating most specialy when you ask about the transit planner. I highly recommended mr. Fujiwara best to interact when it comes to ask questions. He could fully understand right away.

Everything is good, great view, each floor has smoking room, self check-in and check-out. Plenty breakfast options, 711 is door away from entrance. An excellent overall accommodation experience. Roof hot spa is a bonus, free noodles during night time.

Very clean and neat property, everything a traveler needs. The staff were incredibly friendly and attended to any needs.

Has a laundromat, gym, and sauna on the same floor as our room :) The charging plugs were all within reach and enough for all 4 of us to charge our devices. Friendly staff as well, they helped us arrange the luggage delivery to Osaka :-) Overall super satisfied and would stay again if I return to Tokyo!
