We had booked a yurt but were recommended to sleep indoors because of the temperature, and were therefore given a twin room with private bathroom. Incredibly friendly and helpful hosts, they even brought us a heater for the room and arranged transport for us the morning we left for a fair price. Great breakfast and dinner, all in all a very pleasant stay :)

Look no further than this property if you’re looking for a place to stay at Bokonbaevo - while it may be slightly out of the way, the trip here was definitely worth it. The landscape and views were other-worldly (you get a view of the mountains, lake, and canyons). The owner was friendly and his wife cooked the most delicious home cooked food we had in Kyrgyzstan and she took good care of us. The yurts and facilities were clean too. Our only regret was that we didn’t come during summer when the weather was warmer since the yurts don’t come with heating. But all in all, a splendid stay!

I felt like I was visiting my extended family. The location is perfect, next to the park with all kinda arts and proximity to the beach. Hot springs are just a 15-minute walk. The garden he tends to is exceptional, I fell in love with the trees. The room is cozy and clean and has heated floors! Almost futuristic for Kyrgyzstan.
