The space itself is beautiful and peaceful, and you can feel there’s a clear vision behind it – everything feels calm, thoughtful, and well designed. The breakfast and café offerings are excellent and nicely focused on healthy options. Things like homemade yogurt and the coconut–banana smoothie are not only delicious but also feel genuinely nourishing. It’s the kind of place where you want to sit a little longer, enjoy your coffee, and come back again. The owners are incredibly friendly and welcoming, which makes the whole experience even better. I wish I could have stayed longer!

Superb gem in an unexpected rural location( easily explained as the hotel sits prominently on an intersection of 2 province boundaries) . All staff and (new?) manager incredibly courteous, polite and very helpful and efficient. Lovely spacious, light airy room with big double doors opening onto a big balcony enough for table and chairs outdoors times. It's so much more a full hotel facility than it's "guesthouse" name. Big Lobby Reception,Large restaurant, elevator, rooftop bar. High-quality furniture and furnishings, bedding etc. Hotel only 3yrs old and also refurbished or improved more in the last year Ideal if you have a vehicle, the only very minor negative is the location is about 1.3kms from Srae Ambel rural township and Passapp hailing doesn't operate there. But the hotel staff will readily find an arrangement for you. ( my recommendation might be a simple little buggy type free shuttle...?) Very very highly recommended, one of the best surprises I've found throughout my 3yrs nomadic traveling across S.E.Asia

Sami welcomed us like friends. There is a lovely garden around the doms. The first thing you see in the morning are the trees above your head through the small ceiling window. For breakfast, we recommend the eggs benedict! We also had some very nice time around Nesat, at the mangrove, the lagoon, the beaches, even a view point on a mountain nearby. In Nesat we took part of a volleyball match and a treasure hunt. You can plan more than 2 days here!

The place is really clean and tidy, we could see that effort is done to keep things that way. No bad surprises and nothing to complain about
