They prepared excellent food and (medicinal) coffee, which is a great plus. The location and village is great, you can both relax and have fun. Friendly and funny cats come visit the property.

All staff and (new?) manager incredibly courteous, polite and very helpful and efficient. Lovely spacious, light airy room with big double doors opening onto a big balcony enough for table and chairs outdoors times. It's so much more a full hotel facility than it's "guesthouse" name. Big Lobby Reception,Large restaurant, elevator, rooftop bar. High-quality furniture and furnishings, bedding etc. Hotel only 3yrs old and also refurbished or improved more in the last year Ideal if you have a vehicle, the only very minor negative is the location is about 1.3kms from Srae Ambel rural township and Passapp hailing doesn't operate there. But the hotel staff will readily find an arrangement for you. ( my recommendation might be a simple little buggy type free shuttle...?) Very very highly recommended, one of the best surprises I've found throughout my 3yrs nomadic traveling across S.E.Asia

Situato a Phumĭ Chroŭy Svay, The Cocoon presenta un giardino, una sala comune, un bar e il WiFi gratuito. It felt very much as a home. Tiberhan welcomed us with open arms, and became our friend immediately. Whichever questions or wishes we had he helped us with them. The wifi works good, so I could also work from my laptop.
