The bed was super comfortable and we slept so well. Breakfast offered plenty of delicious choices, and the hotel restaurant served excellent food. Cocktails during happy hour were a highlight, and afternoon tea with different local desserts each day was such a thoughtful touch. We loved the tree planting activity. We planted a cannonball tree and we are already planning to come back in a few years to see it grown! The in-room massage was incredibly relaxing. And all of that would already make for a wonderful stay, but the staff truly made it unforgettable. So warm, kind, and proud of their work. It didn’t feel like they were just employees, it felt like they were truly a family, and we were welcomed into it. It filled my heart. This place is a gem, we felt cared for, relaxed, and connected. Room was right next to the pool which was nice. In house restaurant is good. They even have a massage place though I did not try it. Staff friendly and helpful. very easy to hire a tuktuk for the whole day to visit the temples at the pace one wants.
