Great hospitality and atmosphere. The gentleman at the hotel reception was smiling and helpful all the time. The hotel has been operating for several months, The room is new, very clean and cozy. I didn't have much expectations of the hotel, and my selection of it was based simply on location (closeness to center) and guests reviews. Boy were my expectation exceeded! Was surprised to see how big and new and modern it was. Plus the staff were friendly and helpful, special mention to front desk staff Patrick and Thong. Would recommend this hotel to all my friends!

Wow! What can I say? There are not enough superlatives to do justice to this property. I would love to keep the secret of this wonderful place all to myself but that would be unfair to all those whose amazing efforts have brought this hotel to such an outstanding level. We have travelled throughout the UK, USA, Europe and extensively in SE Asia and we have never visited a better property than the Souphattra Heritage Hotel. The combination of a sympathetic heritage design, understated elegance and fine attention to detail, make this a 5 star + hotel. Everything is designed to offer luxury and privacy. From the marble and brass bathroom thyme to the old fashioned herring bone tiling techniques, it all comes together to create an amazing tasteful environment. The rooms are bright airy and spacious with high quality bedding and accessories. The facilities include a coffee shop, two restaurants, spa and beautiful pool area. All these areas continue to provide the same understated elegance common to the entire property. The staff all maintain the highest standards of professionalism while remaining engaging and friendly. Special thanks must go to Nouna, Nounee and Tookta who made our evenings at the bar such an entertaining and enlightening experience. My number one choice of hotel – ANYWHERE!!!! I stayed here for one night, but Happy Home was very impressive. The rooms were very new and clean, the bathrooms were spotless and regularly cleaned, the staff spoke good English and always answered guests' questions and the breakfast, thought small (4 items) was warm, delicious and quite good. If you are visiting Vientiane, you should definitely stay here

This place is a hidden gem! The rooms are well-appointed, and great care has been taken for every detail. Everything works as it should. The bed is very comfortable; the air conditioning is well-placed and the service is excellent. The location is away from the bustle of town in a quiet spot not far from the river. I would highly recommend this for anyone travelling to Nong Khai.
