Our room had a large balcony and a colour TV which enabled us to watch the Nitto finals. Breakfast was included in our rate and it was generous and delicious.

The staff were very helpful with a good local place to eat and timings on when to start walking. Also great breakfast in the morning and they allowed for a slightly later check out which wasn’t needed but good to know.

He was so welcoming and caring, taking us to a gems shop and patiently waiting while we explored, helping us find perfect jackets, bringing us to amazing local restaurants, and showing us around Nuwara Eliya. The next morning after serving us a delicious homemade breakfast, he kindly drove us to the train station himself. What makes this place truly special is how the whole family makes you feel at home.
