Everything, this was honestly the best riad we went on our whole trip through morocco. The staff was EXTREMELY nice, really helpful and very kind, I can't stress this enough. The riad is very beautiful, the rooms are very nice and beautiful, the location is perfect (10 min walk through main street to medina). The staff even prepared our breakfast to go at 5 am since we were leaving early, and checked on us through whatsapp later in our trip! Incredibly nice and definitely recommend staying here.

Hospitality - Muhaine and Ahmed’s hospitality was amazing. They are always willing to help. They carried our heavy suitcase, also they let me use their own phone when I needed to call tour agency. Facility- strong shower! We appreciated it. Cleanliness. Breakfast was nice, they had 100% fresh orange juice. Location is also convenient.

Fatima & Hind - they are truly exceptional & make our stay here truly special. Staff like this you cannot even find in 5-stars hotel. Fatima & Hind are truly happy from the heart when their guests are happy. They do special magic to make their guests feel magical, and make this stay unforgettable.

Vi hade en fantastisk vistelse på Riad Baba. Personalen var mycket trevlig, väldigt hjälpsam och serviceinriktad. Riaden var otroligt vacker och rummen var stora. På morgonen serverades en god traditionell frukost!

I had a fantastic stay at Riad Farah. From the moment I arrived, the hospitality was outstanding. Omar gave me an incredible introduction and explanation of the city, which made it much easier to get oriented and enjoy my time in the medina. The riad is right in the center, close to the main streets, which made everything within walking distance and very convenient. The staff were always attentive and thoughtful. They even helped me carry my luggage all the way to the top level, which I truly appreciated. The welcome tea and coffee were a warm touch, and breakfast was excellent, with plenty of options and great quality. I also want to thank the person who helped me with the check-out the next day. I forgot his name, but he was as kind and attentive as Omar, making sure everything went smoothly. The riad is beautiful, well located, and peaceful despite being in the heart of the medina. The service and attention to detail made my stay memorable. I am very grateful to everyone at Riad Farah for such a warm experience.

The night manager became very close with us and took us on a tour of the medina and a palace in the medina. We ended up being invited to his home where his mom made a wonderful lunch for us. the room was good and large enough for our needs. location was great, right in the medina.

Abdul and Mohammed and all the staff have been so careful and kind with us and they treated our baby like a princess addressing our food requests and needs.

Convenient location, which is nearby the train station. Clean and neat inside, safe and sound overnight. The facilities make us feel like in Europe. Very morden and natural style decoration. And the house holder is so nice and warm. He checked pharmacies accessibility for us because one of us was suffering from severe cough. And we were gifted free water when we left. Such a lovely city, such a warm stay. If any of my friends would come to Fes for tourism, Penthouse would my first recommendation.
