She went above and beyond by recommending local spots and unique experiences that truly elevated our time in Kotor. The apartment itself was cozy, clean, and spacious, with two bedrooms and a living area that comfortably fits five people. The view from the property was absolutely phenomenal!

Hyatt Regency Kotor Bay Resort features a spa and wellness center, and a beach. Rooms and suites have views on Kotor Bay. Some of the modern amenities include a flat-screen TV. Breakfast was excellent, room was upgraded and clean, staff very helpful and friendly, pool and sauna was well maintained, restaurant had superior food and service was good. This is the perfect stay in Kotor and we had a fantastic time!

Just 30 mins away from Kotor Old Town by walking. The owners are friendly and accommodating. It has the basic necessities in the kitchen and toilet.

Excellent views and good location. About 10 mins walk to the old town and a few mins walk to the main bus station. So great location as not too close to the busy old town. Quiet location as well and not facing the main road. Apartment was clean and tidy. Everything was in good working order and very new. Staff was very friendly and gave us lots of information. Available to be contacted and quick to respond. Reasonable price. I would recommend this apartment.

Luka is an amazing host - from sending us taxi numbers to turning the ac on before we got there for a refreshing welcome to having a video ready of a shortcut to get to main streets, he went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. The location of the apartment is great and the apartment itself is clean and cozy. You can tell Luka cares for his visitors and has passion for what he does. 12/10 recommend.

Great location. Just a few minutes from the old town and the beach. The propriety is in excellent contrition, everything looks new. It also has everything I needed. My room had a view to the mountain. Also, the host Luka is very helpful and friendly. I had a great stay.

Aia ja aiavaatega ApartHotel Maxim on hiljuti renoveeritud korterhotell, mis asub Kotoris, Virtu rannast 200 meetri kaugusel. What can I say!! I had one of the most memorable days of my life at the place. The host Ana and her sons they are best host in the world. They treated us more than the family. We felt like we are staying at our own home. They were the most kind and empathetic people I have met in my entire life. They arranged everything for us. They even surprised my wife with a cake and gifts as it was her birthday!! I would go back there again and again. And I would suggest everyone to stay at the place. Trust me you will feel the love and care that you havent ever felt anywhere in the world. We will never forget Ana and her family.
