The hotel is beautifully decorated with local arts and crafts. The room was spotlessly clean and attractive. The bathroom was clean, bright and functioned perfectly! The staff were extremely helpful and kind.

Absolutely stunning place with the views over the lake! Breakfast in the morning was lovely! Our room certainly exceeded our expectations and we enjoyed the balcony as well as the bathtub a lot! The host was very nice and gave many tips. Thank you Andrés for the lovely stay!

The setting—up a quiet hill near the center of town, with a courtyard full of greenery—was beautiful, and the rooms were wonderful. More importantly, the owner and his family were incredibly kind, helpful, and accommodating. He gave us advice on our travel plans, told us about the town and its history, offered us coffee in the morning, held our bags for a few hours after checkout, and even found a restaurant for us when we arrived late in the evening. You need to ring the bell at the gate of the hotel to be let in or out, but they always arrived within moments. Overall we felt extremely comfortable and cared-for, and would gladly return.

Aia, tasuta privaatse parkla ja terrassiga Villa Las Campanas asub San Juan Teotihuacánis, 3,1 km kaugusel Teotihuacani püramiididest. This property exceeded our expectations! It was so charming - you walk in and it feels like you're at a retreat. The owner greeted us when we arrived, showing us to our room and ensuring we knew where everything worked. He arranged a taxi for us to our hot air balloon the following morning. We had a FULL breakfast that was so delicious when we returned from the pyramids (don't seek out a restaurant!) The property is also filled with art by the co-owner, which I highly recommend walking around to take in - she's very talented! Would definitely return here again.
