Very nice staff (like most people in Mexico really), rooms are amazing (very modern, clean and well maintained), some have really great views of the city & the location is ideal overall.. walking distance to historical centre, minerva statue, lots of restaurants and facilities close by.. would 100% recommend staying here!

The breakfast was fantastic, with lots of different choices. Add-ons are reasonably priced. The servers are very friendly. Hector at the front is super friendly and helpful. Also like the drinking water tap on each floor. Our maid Rossy is very efficient and does a very good job!

I went there to run some errands with my dad and we just had a few hours to be in Guadalajara but wanted to take a shower and get some rest. The place is very clean and spacious, would recommend it 100%! Next time I come to really visit the city, I’d stay here
