The entire Staff was very polite, professional, helpful and cheery. We had a beautiful room with a king bed - The breakfast was excellent - the outdoor area is small but very relaxing with plants and trees well maintained. Walking distance to the boardwalk along Lake Chapala - enjoyed a few local restaurants - Chatterly's and Romeo and Julieta - excellent. Homemade banana bread from a vendor on the main road near Centro was fabulous.

This is not the first time I stayed at this accommodation! So therefor this is not my first review. Actually I extended my stay because I like it so much! Everything looks like on the photos. For me it was my "little home away from home"! Bed is good, bathroom is good, Wifi is good, small but efficient kitchen - all good. Nice outside area! Easy access through a code system. It is remote, but not far away from everything! And it is affordable when you look at other places in and around Chapala!

Breakfast every morning was very good. The receptionist was very accommodating - she even supplied me with a hair dryer and a steamer for my clothes. Plenty of hanging space for clothing. The wait staff were friendly and accommodating. The hotel had an art show in the lobby on a Sunday that featured local artists. In the evening, they brought in several singers/musicians and was great fun.

I love everything about this Casa, from the location to the atmosphere. I arrived there exhausted and in need of a rest. This Casa is so peaceful, filled with art and kindness. The pool and the deck were beautiful, surrounded by stunning plants. The staff has been very helpful when I needed help. The food was delicious. I highly recommend this place.
