Everything, It's all great. The studio, although small, is very clean and has everything you need for a short stay. We didn't use the lower pool and bar, so we are unable to comment on them, we did, however, use the roof top pool and bar, the view from the roof top pool is good, you can see across playa aswell as the sea. We had a couple of cocktails from the bar think they were around 200 pesos each. If you are looking to stay somewhere for a few nights, this is a perfect, comfortable, friendly little place to stay away from the hustle and bustle of main street playa. When we come back to Playa, we will definitely see if this place is available.

From Ramone’s hospitality to the space, it truly felt like home :) everything was functional (shower, AC, Wi-Fi) - the place was very cosy and gave me the relaxation I needed. There is so many space inside a single unit, I loved the fact there was so much light!

Facing the beachfront, Sana Tulum Beachfront Boutique Hotel offers 5-star accommodation in Tulum and features an outdoor swimming pool, garden and private beach area. Everything! The staff was so kind, Pablo, Andrés and Joss were excellent hosts. Good vibes, good food, perfect views, perfect location. The best site to rest a lot.

Room was excellent. Comfy, cosy and clean. Pool area invites you to hang around and have a swim or you stay in the common area for free billiard games. Team is super helpful and made this stay excellent for us.

The accommodation is really beautiful and spacious, the pictures are not deceiving! Also super clean and the equipment is great. Super detailed video instructions for self check-in. Quick communication. Gated community so it feels also safe to park the car outside.

Hotell Milam asub Tulumis, 6,6 km kaugusel Tulumi arheoloogilisest paigast. Kohapeal on tasuta jalgrattad, tasuta eraparkla, välibassein ja spordikeskus. This hotel is so amazing!!!! What I liked most about this property is how luxurious and homely it feels. From the moment you arrive the staff are so lovely and attentive the entire time. The place is decorated so beautifully you just want to take photos everywhere you go. The pool in the room is a once in a lifetime experience. The food at the restaurant was perfect and there is a cute boutique at the front. The hotel itself is really perfect and adds to the bohemian experience of being in Tulum.

First of all I'm not in favor of All Inclusive hotels. There are a few things I dislike about them. Such as: poor quality of food and watered unlabeled drinks, non behaving crowds everywhere and the towel wars in the morning to reserve your place by the pool. Now the good thing, this hotel has none of those! And this made it my best ever experience with an all inclusive hotel. I don't know how you made it, but please keep on doing the magic! Absolutely wonderful food in all restaurants, real bottled branded drinks, no crowd at anywhere, neither in the bars restaurants nor at any of the amenities, and the best of all, they have more than enough sunbeds so no rally for them in the morning! (And the hotel was fully booked just that you know) So absolutely amazing place, which I highly recommend!
