I had an excellent experience at this hotel. The people are kind and helpful and willing to help you with everything. The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel is centrally located, it was quiet and the neighborhood was safe. Best part the perfect breakfast.

Extremely beautiful location, right at one of the most beautiful spots of the lagoon with turquoise water. Perfect spot to go for a swim, relax on the terrace, or paddle out with one of the free kayaks. The room was small but very comfortable. Staff is incredibly nice and helpful. One night, I asked for a hairdryer, and they went above and beyond to get me one to use that night. The next morning, they even installed a hairdryer in my room! Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. What a treat to have it on the beautiful terrace by the lake. They also have a restaurant where you can buy lunch, dinner and snacks. A perfect spot to relax and unwind!

It was very homely and comfortable, while not feeling like we were in somebody else's space. We loved that there was a stove, oven, microwave, fridge and coffee machine in the communal area. It felt a bit like a hostel, except that the crowd was very mixed in age and also included families. We stayed in Mexico for four weeks and this was our favourite place.

Stayed three nights and wished it could have been more. The apartment was so lovely and clean with everything you wanted. The pool on the roof was a beautiful spot as well.
