No need to use air conditioning at all, so nice to have the room tempeerature because of the huge open terrace. Well organised, well equipped with barely a noticeable staff presence. Easy access down to the beach (approx: 50 m). We will definitely return on our next business trip.

I booked a room with breakfast included, which I recommend. When you check in they put a band on your arm which signifies you get the free breakfast. Eat all you want:) The breakfast was fantastic, and the view from the open air rooftop restaurant makes it spectacular. The service was quick and the food was delicious! I had a hamburger that was the best one I've eaten in a long time. The hotel is new, clean, and comfortable. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The room was bigger than I anticipated. The staff was extremely attentive and helpful. For the money, this is by far the best hotel I've booked in many years!

Riu Palace Pacifico - All Inclusive - Adults Only се намира в Nuevo Vallarta, на 500 метра от залива Букерия. All the restaurants have a great quality and diversity of food. Very friendly staff. We we impressed in the restaurant during Christmas. They really did the great work!! The room was very clean and had a very nice view.

We saw whales from the beautiful patio! It had an amazing restaurant next door! The staff was really great! We will be coming back with family again for sure!
