We had a wonderful stay at Bayou and absolutely loved it. The staff truly made the difference; everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful, from reception and breakfast staff to housekeeping and maintenance. Our room was spotless, very comfortable, with a great bed, strong air conditioning, a fridge and a lovely snack welcome. The breakfast was excellent: fresh, tasty, well presented and with a wide variety of options, always very clean and well organised. The swimming pool was clean and relaxing with nice sunbeds, and the WiFi worked perfectly everywhere. The location is ideal; within walking distance of the beach and a small centre with shops and restaurants. Overall, an amazing stay and great value for money. We would definitely come back!

Everything was perfect from the communication before arrival. On arrival, the location is wow, near the beach and restaurants --the staff is the most amazing, welcome drinks, adorable cats, the room, the games, the breakfast, the snacks, the unlimited drinks. It is the best boutique stay I have ever experienced in all my travels. I will recommend and come again, 4 days and 3 nights wasn't enough. The staff make it a gem really, very deliberate with all the details and extra touches make it ultimately unique.

Definitely an amazing option for privacy and to stay away from the crowds but still being able to enjoy Langkawi.

We had a really amazing stay! The owners are very special people, very warm-hearted and hospitable! Every morning Julita gave us amazing local breakfast for free which we really enjoyed! The recommendations for the warungs/restaurants/beaches were also great. The homestay is situated in a small local village in between of rice paddies and with a great view. You can experience the small village life and nature around it. Suleiman also organized for us a scooter to go around the island, which was really great! We enjoyed our chats with both of them a lot and learned about their culture and the great Malaysian hospitality! Nice, comfortable bed, enough space to put your things. Separate shower and toilet was also good. They also have a nice swimming pool at the ground floor which is always in shadow because of the terrace over it and therefore very refreshing after coming back from the beach :)
