The hostel doesn't have a social atmosphere but that is exactly what I wanted; I just wanted to rest. The facilities are top notch for a hostel ranging from free laundry (5 ringgit if you buy a cup of detergent from hostel), unlimited access to tea/coffee and the included breakfast which was actually very good. There are enough toilets and showers which are spacious and clean. The location is about 15 min walk to Old Town Ipoh and about 10 min to a market that contains some of the best eateries in the city. The staff is so kind and accommodating. Excellent wifi which made it perfect for my digital nomad lifestyle. Recommended

The location was great as we wanted to visit the waterpark, and it is literally downstairs. Also, a cool view as you can see the waterpark and thus the night show from the balcony. The apartment was nice and clean. It was our family and one other family and we fit just fine.
