My review on the staying experience at this homestay was very good, excellent service given by the host starting from guidance to check in until check out. Facilities provided were complete. No need to bring along towels. Got extra pillows and blankets. The beds were comfort and we had good sleep. Host also provided washing machine and kitchen utensils for cooking. Very comfortable for 5-6 persons. Overall experience was excellent and surely will book for next visit to Putrajaya.

Featuring garden views, The Garden Twelve Homestay provides accommodation with a balcony, around 4.8 km from IOI City Mall. We stayed for one night for a family gathering, and honestly, this is one of the best houses we’ve ever booked. We are a family of five siblings including our parents, and in Kuala Lumpur it is very hard to find a 5-bedroom house where each room has its own bathroom—especially since everyone has their own family. That alone was a huge plus for us. The location is great and very secure, and the facilities are well maintained. The pool isn’t very big, but it’s more than enough for the kids to enjoy. The house feels very homey and cozy. My mom especially loved the dedicated prayer space—we even managed to have prayer together, which meant a lot to us. The living area is very spacious, and the dining table comfortably fits everyone. The house also provides a baby cot, and the best part is the lift, which made it very convenient for my elderly parents. We will definitely book this house again. Lastly, the host, Ms. Farah, was very responsive and easy to deal with. Highly recommended.

I was mesmerised with d place..very spacious and comfortable..complete with utensils to cook and eat..very clean and comfy.each room had air-conditioners and had racks/cupboard to store /hang clothes..2 rooms had attached bathrooms..
