Out of all the places in Namibia this was our favourite. The location of the lodge is spektakular!!! The highlight was the tour with Alfred seeing the desert elephants. His knowledge and passion for the elephants and the area (he was born here ) was such an inspiration and we were all touched by his love of home. A memory we will treasure forever. If you are considering this place - just go!!! A memory of a lifetime if you like wilderness.

This was our favourite campsite during our 2-week roadtrip in Namibia. The location is very peaceful and safe. The space is huge, a large private plot with a bathroom, a toilette, an outdoor dishwashing area and a BBQ area. Everything was crystal clear, spacious, cozy, therevwasbhot water every time. We could buy delicious meat from the owners and grilled it on the fire - it was great :) The son of the owner was super kind and helpful. I fully recommend this campsite, especially for those on a roadtrip with a tented car. This clean and peaceful location was such a relief after the other crowded campsites.

It’s so good value to stay here. Eddie has awesome stories to tell and told us a lot of things about the desert elephants. Lettie cooked dinner and breakfast for us and it was delicious. The sunsets are simply amazing. There’s such a great vibe about this place and Eddie and Lettie are so welcoming. It truly feels authentic Namibian
