Surrounded by granite outcrops and with stunning views and roaming wildlife, Desert Quiver Camp offers modern self-catering accommodation, located just 5 km away from the entrance gate to Sossusvlei. We stayed for two nights in Desert Quiver Camp. The facilities are top notch and the location is very near to the Sossusvlei park gate. The BF and Dinner options at the Sossusvlei lodge was amazing. The sunset from the Camp is the highlight. Overall a wonderful and memorable stay.

Located in Sesriem, Tsauchab River Camp Campsite provides accommodation with seating area. This campground features a garden and free private parking. This was the best campsite we have ever visited in our life :) The campsites are large - hectares of private land in a very peaceful and safe natural environment. The private bathroom was clean, water was hot. We could cook our meals on the open fire. At the reception we could relax, have a nice beer. The reception itself is also wonderful with a lot of artwork. It is evident from all the beautiful details that this place is a real passion and mission of the owners. The lady was very kind and provided useful information on the places to visit. They have some own hiking trails - all wonderful :) This place was such a wonderful and peaceful experience, fully recommended!

Set 43 km from Sesriem Canyon, Little Sossus Campsite has a year-round outdoor pool, free WiFi, and free private parking for guests who drive. A minimarket is available at the campground. Amazing location in nature, with an outstanding unblocked view facing the hills. We felt very welcome at the reception. Nice to refresh at the pool and stroll at the campsite, and enjoy the sunset. After a challenging night at Sesriem Campsite (no choice because we wanted to go on dunes in the morning).. Coming to Little Sossus was the best choice we did, it is a real hidden gem.

Camp Gecko is one of the best memories of our trip! The setting of the large, comfortable tents in the quiet of the desert; the fantastic dinner braai packs with venison steak, salad, home-made bread and even a dessert (as we were not set up for camping, we were given crockery to use for our meal); the swim in the fish pond/pool with mountains in the background; the long shared breakfast table, where we met interesting fellow travellers. The owner Anna and Ernst at reception, who were both lovely, and the beer in the fridge there which was always cold :). We are seriously considering going back there for a longer stay!

Located on the C19, We Kebi Safari Lodge offers accommodation 88 km west of Maltahohe in the Hardap Region. This property offers panoramic views of the surrounding landscape. The location of the lodge is amazing! Watching the animals come to the waterhole is also really special.

Located on a desert reserve between Sesriem and Solitaire, Soft Adventure Camp offers chalet accommodation for nature enthusiasts, just 30 minutes drive away from Namib-Naukluft National Park. We were staying here for one night only. Nice host, nice location, a lot of different animals and birds coming for food. Good dinner with sunset view

Solitaire Mountain Lodge offers views of the Namib Desert and the Naukluft Mountains. It features 1 outdoor pool, a garden and a restaurant. A fantastic view and quitnes. Girafs came to drink at the nearby water hole. A perfect hideaway with a good restaurant as well . Friendly staff and a lot of caring for the details made it a paradise stay .
