Bed & Breakfast de Hoefstal ligger i Noord-Sleen, 9,4 km från Emmen Centrum Beeldende Kunst och 10 km från Golfclub de Gelpenberg, och erbjuder utsikt över trädgården. A large comfortable room, but hard to find behind a yoga studio. Good bed and shower, but breakfast could be improved by being a bit more generous. Also, the only coffee provided is by pods with only white powdered for cream. It is certainly a nice place but, for the cost, not worthy of the 9.6 rating.

The location is perfect - in the nature, but still close to the city. The hospitality is one of a kind. We were at home. Our kids loved the chickens, the cat, and horses. We really enjoyed the summer evenings, sitting outside and enjoying the view. It's like a Yellowstone experience in Drenthe. We'll come back!
