It was even better because there was a voss active right next to it for rafting.

We spent three wonderful nights here in May. The cabins are cozy and comfortable and are equipped with everything you need. Cabins are heated with electric heat and there is also a wood stove if you’d like to have a fire. The location is fantastic – tucked away on a hillside overlooking the historic Stalheim Hotel and the surrounding mountains and an easy 15 minutes drive to Flam. Flam can be busy with tour buses and cruise ships; Stalheim feels like a world away from that. Marit was a great host. She greeted us when we arrived and gave us lots of great information about the area and suggested things to see and do. This place is really something special!

Basically we love everything. No doubt as soon as we came into the apartment. The cleaning staff even helped us move our car since there was a lot of snow, and we were stuck😂. Kudos to both of them, they were very kind and helpful. The apartment was very new, very good view, looking over the street, very close to all the stores, restaurants is just down the apartment. Thank you for letting us stay. It was a wonderful experience to be there and we will definitely back again sometime soon. I will recommend it 101%👍💯✔️

I forget to mention - couple meters from skiing area:)!

One of the highlights was having access to paddle boards for use on the lake. What truly sets this place apart, though, is the warmth and friendliness of Daniel, the host. We really enjoyed meeting him and his family; they were welcoming and took the time to chat with us, which added a personal touch to the stay. Daniel went above and beyond to ensure our stay was both enjoyable and comfortable. Highly recommend!

L'emplacement est tout simplement incroyable 😍 Les lits étaient faits à notre arrivée et le nécessaire de toilette (serviettes) présent pour chaque personne. De plus, le chalet était chauffé lorsque nous sommes arrivés ! Un accueil au top 👍 Nous avons adoré notre séjour au bord du fjord et nous espérons y revenir ! Merci beaucoup 🙏

Sigurd's Tiny House was exactly what we were looking for: A small cozy home for our winter stay in Voss. The location is great - close to the city center, but in a calm neighbourhood. We were travelling with our dog and it's easy to take beautiful walks in the woods and at the waterfront nearby. Sigurd was very welcoming upon our arrival and had some helpful tips for winter activities in the area.
