The beds are comfortable and it's really good value for money.

The location right at the water front and close to the waves of the lagoon's edge was simply magical. I could just spend hours sitting on the sand, taking in the ocean's beauty and sounds, and the amazing views of the surrouding mountains and coast - not mentioning the exceptionally cleary night skies. The property is made so that you directly live with the ocean, both from the room and the dining/living area, including a cute seashell and flower decoration in the rooms. Very calm except for the waves (lovely lulaby) and the ocean breeze makes it nicely refreshing (compared to elsewhere), and it is easy to be in your own private space outside. The location on the island is nicely clsoe (8 km) to the main town with shops, restaurants, gas stations, banks, harbor, aiport, etc. while still convenient to explore the south side of Huahine. The owner Flora is feisty and incredibly sweet and generous, ans she is a star when it comes to caring for her guests, doing what she can to help and make their stay special. Scooter or car rental across the street. Overall my 5-night stay there were very resourceful and I was pleasantly surprised.

Great location next to a Europcar for scooter or car hire and within walking distance to central Fare that has supermarket and restaurants and a ferry port. Not far from airport (though still a car ride). Place is immaculate and has a washer. Very comfortable space for 2. It can get hot inside house but windows have screens and there's a fan plus bedroom AC that suffices to keep you comfortable with blinds. Excellent value.

There are no words to describe how amazing this property is, and the bay in which it is situated. It is immaculate, homely, very very clean, and has everything that you need for a more than comfortable stay. Abi is also an amazing and accommodating person who went above and beyond to assist us while we stayed here. It was also so lovely to meet the caretakers of the property who also were very helpful and welcoming. We’ll most definitely be staying here again and I highly, highly recommend Abi’s property. Absolutely amazing!!

Montrose Place Huahine is a recently renovated guest house in Huahine, where guests can make the most of its private beach area and garden. We really enjoyed our stay so much, from the many amenities such as a full kitchen and access to kayaks on the waterfront property to meeting our host Lysbeth! Lysbeth was so friendly, greeted us warmly at the airport and gave us a proper island welcome with flowers. 😊 We also appreciated that she organized our transport and rental car for us and helped us locate additional supplies and services when we needed them. We also enjoyed meeting and spending time with other travelers in the common spaces (kitchen, salon, terrace, beach). There was plenty of water, coffee and beautiful fresh fruit available to us during our stay, as well as a fun bookshelf to browse. The WIFI worked really well. Great location on the bay. We definitely recommend a car or bicycles for this stay, as it is not within walking distance of the main town or airport.
