The overall quality service and how polite the staff are… they will bow down just to greet you which is quite a great feeling specially to my kababayans. Roger, who helped me alot when i faced a problem where my card is not being accepted and provided me suggestions to complete the booking! Will definitely come back soon.

The hotel is modern, clean, and very well run, with spacious and comfortable rooms. The facilities were great, especially the pool and dining areas. We stayed on Christmas Day, and the Christmas buffet was amazing — a huge variety of high-quality food, beautifully presented, and a great atmosphere. It really made our stay feel special. Staff were professional, friendly, and attentive throughout our visit.

The local staff at this hostel was extremely helpful and spoke great English too. The pool was really clean & nice w/a fun ambiance and a swim up bar. I stayed in the mixed dorm room w/only 4 beds and it was nice & easy. Owners are still working on finally touches on the property and rooms, it's only opened around 3 months ago. I loved that they had cups & tea / coffee /sugar/creamer available near the rooms w/Hot & Cold water filtration system.

It has all the basic amenities and very close to the airport. The owner is very responsive of any requests and communicates regularly.
