Το Amigos Dauin Hostel, το οποίο είναι σε Dauin και σε απόσταση 200μ από Παραλία Dauin, έχει κοινόχρηστο χώρο lounge, υποαλλεργικά δωμάτια και δωρεάν WiFi. This hotel is absolutely wonderful. The owner, Bang, is incredibly warm and hospitable. When we found out that we couldn’t go island hopping due to the typhoon, Bang took us to a nearby beach for snorkeling on his motorcycle. Especially considering that his motorcycle could only take one passenger at a time, he made an extra trip to pick up the other person—that was so kind of him. He also took us out for breakfast. Everything was just perfect. We will definitely stay here again next time we visit.

Our diving and care given to us by ma'am Marielle and Nico was just exceptional. We love this place and would go back. The level of diving taught here is quite high and just outside the resort. There's already a lot of activity and coral reefs in the area. I did my open water here and I was able to dive with good bouyancy in Balicasag. I was also told when we did our dives in other places that my bouyancy was good especially having had not as much experience and it's because of the training here. The staff is also extremely well trained. The food is high quality .Better than even the more expensive hotels we stayed in the past. They really took care of us and helped us plan everything smoothly so we're able to get to our ferry on time. The pricing is also very cheap and very fair. You still need to bring cash but this was the only place we visited that had an arrangement where you can do e transfer but receive cash back and this helps so much travelling in the province. We chose La Tortue because my partner is french and I wanted him to feel safe and have a good trip during the first time we brought him to the Philippines. We don't regret choosing here. Also, the costs for laundry, food, pedicab were very reasonable. So reasonable that our fare of 600 php from the port to Dauin. The pedicab who took my cousin and his partner from Manila tried to charge them 1200 PHP or double the cost. It's ridiculous. We trusted their pedicab driver so much. We asked them to take my cousin to the port even if they were staying in a different hotel. You won't regret choosing this place. It's kind of funny how their instructors were all just here on vacation and somehow. They never wanted to leave so they end up working there. Also, their staff followed them even from where the couple originally worked.

We stayed here around Christmas time for a ‘special get away’. The eco resort was beyond expectations. Such a beautiful paradise,far away from the hustle and bustle, chaos and noise. Its location is quite remote, but with the instructions of our hosts quite easy to get to. We loved the set-up of the resort. It has a beautiful big garden, pool, and the cutest cottages. We stayed in the one with the closest sea view, with a private bathroom underneath. The place had exactly what we were looking for: space to relax, do yoga, enjoy nature, and a focus on eco friendly tourism. Including the cutest animals and their owners living in harmony together:)

I really enjoyed the way the staff treated me. Their relaxed pinoy nature made me feel calm and confident. Apo Island is a serious site. Coconut drifting was the peak for me.

We took a risk because it had so few reviews and boy are we glad we did! Absolutely amazing property! It has a full kitchen, comfortable bed, wifi, and the whole house to lay out in. We were diving in Dauin for a week and walked to Bongo Bongo (5 minutes?) and are glad for the peace and quiet. The host family are so kind and spent so much time making sure we were happy. Couldn't have been happier to stay and can't wait to stay here again the next time we're in Dauin. P.S. the host family lives 40 meters away, so it's incredibly easy to check in and out!

They helped me when I wanted to rent a scooter, finding transportation for my next destination and replied to all my concerns. I liked the option for a single visitor room. I didn't need more than that.
