Marine resort straight on the door step. The staff is very very helpful and accommodating. Night dive was the best dive I have ever had!

The rooms are modern, spacious and lovely :). The food was nice, the swimming pool is big and with a deep side. We appreciated the additional touch of providing wooden (and not plastic!) toothbrushes to guests :). Something we can actually keep using. We also loved the black sand beach with hammocks and sun beds which is accessible right from the hotel! Apo Island is right in front of the hotel, a convenient short boat ride away. Wonderful place for snorkeling and scuba diving. The staff was very nice. We highly recommend Mahi Mahi to future travelers!

Kookoo ' s nest eco-lodge มีทำเลที่ตั้งอยู่ใน Siaton ห่างจากศูนย์การค้า Robinsons Place Dumaguete 40 กม.มีบริการที่พักพร้อมสวน ที่จอดรถส่วนตัวฟรี พื้นที่ชายหาดส่วนตัว และลานระเบียง... Our room was great! We would have almost slept with our heads on the beach with the terrace open if the rain/wind hadn't disturbed us every morning. Thanks for the hospitality! The owners helped us a lot with our onward journey. Even when we came back because we had an emergency, everyone was very helpful. Snorkeling was great - unfortunately only at high tide. Low tide is a bit annoying, but you sit on the beach and eat/drink your way through the menu :-) We can recommend a trip to the lake and waterfall. Unfortunately, we couldn't find any other beaches worth mentioning nearby. Probably a day trip to Apo Island would be OK - not too far from Kookoos Nest. Our offseason conclusion: Rooms/huts perfect, food perfect, beach/snorkeling perfect (if weather/water is right), people/stuff friendly!

Very friendly staff. Nice gym, well equipped. Our family came over for a swim and the kids loved the pool. The owner made time to talk to us and referred us to their other location in Sipalay that we also visited. Next time we will stay there also! Thank you for a great time!

We took a risk because it had so few reviews and boy are we glad we did! Absolutely amazing property! It has a full kitchen, comfortable bed, wifi, and the whole house to lay out in. We were diving in Dauin for a week and walked to Bongo Bongo (5 minutes?) and are glad for the peace and quiet. The host family are so kind and spent so much time making sure we were happy. Couldn't have been happier to stay and can't wait to stay here again the next time we're in Dauin. P.S. the host family lives 40 meters away, so it's incredibly easy to check in and out!
