My rooms were clean on both occasions and it is a self check-in hotel however the instructions were clear. For the price I can't complain about anything.

The resident dogs are all loving and memorable. The bed was highly comfortable, meals excellent and the room, dining area and communal kitchen very clean. The entire place is exceptional; you do not have to be a kid to truly enjoy this place.
