On arrival he explained well about best places to visit on the island, gave guide and island map and suggested which best places to visit. The staff is very competent, polite and efficient. Rooms are extremely comfortable, equipped with all necessary amenities. Breakfast was wonderful, with varied products, of excellent quality. It was a wonderful stay - we are looking forward to our next stay!

The room was spacious , clean and comfortable. The 24 hrs access to the hot spring pools was fantastic. We had the pools to ourselves after 5 pm. We ate sushi one night and it was delicious. Parking was easy and convenient. They allowed us to keep our entrance to gardens and hot spring after check out and even gave us a new robe and towels.
