Wow what a place to stay. The facility itself is impressive but the views even more impressive. The big challenge is getting there. A bit out of downtown Lamego and not easy to find even using Google maps. Missed the turn off three times - better signage would definitely help. Long winding road to get up to the facility so driving to get there late at night - need to be careful

Bathrooms include a free-standing tub as well as free toiletries. Hands down, one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. The location is stunning, the rooms are amazing, the food and service are all next level. The staff were absolutely wonderful, from reception to housekeeping to everyone in between, this hotel clearly prides itself on exceptional service and it shows. Additionally, while I would never describe it as a family resort, there were several small thoughtful details (like a tasteful play area adjacent to the main restaurant, a kids menu, child-s-zed bathrobes, etc) that made children feel very welcome and cared for. Truly, honestly, one of the best places I've ever stayed. Highly recommend, both as a romantic destination and for a family holiday.

It features an outdoor pool and an on-site restaurant. The breakfasts were outstanding! The staff was very attentive and the group dinners were fabulous! Great place, people, and port! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend!
