Loved the facility, nice staff, very clean and comfortable, breakfast was very pleasant, staff very helpful and I would recommend this hotel to everyone. Beds very comfy. Rooftop pool was small but very nice to cool down after a long warm city days. We stayed 4 nights and didn’t want to leave:)

The location is fantastic and the staff were so helpful. Everything we asked for they were able to help with! Our room had plenty of space and was very comfortable.

Everything was perfect. (staff,location,facilities,cleanliness) A staff told me that best viewing spot and how to take tram to my destination. They are such a kind and friendly to us!!! and also they served delicious tea! I will definitely stay here again when I visit Lisbon:)
