I am extremely satisfied with the service and conduct of the receptionists at Retaj Inn Al Wakra. They assist and support customers with such care and attention that words cannot express it. There are receptionists from three different countries: Pakistan, the Philippines, and Bangladesh, and each one is not only professional but also very compassionate, doing their best to help the guests. If I were asked which hotel in Qatar is the best and which one has the best reception and service based on my experience with several hotels here, I would definitely say that Retaj Inn Al Wakra, especially these three individuals, stand out. I am deeply grateful to all three of them.
