The rooms are spacious, very clean, and comfortable, with great attention to detail. The staff were exceptionally professional, welcoming, and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. The spa and wellness area was another highlight—quiet, relaxing, and well maintained. Overall, the hotel offers a perfect balance of luxury, comfort, and cultural charm, making the stay truly memorable.

Check-in was easy, and any questions I had were answered immediately. The area itself is lovely, with polite, well-educated, and welcoming people. It felt safe, peaceful, and pleasant to walk around, with shops, cafes, and public transport nearby. Overall, this apartment exceeded my expectations. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Râmnicu Vâlcea — it’s the perfect combination of comfort, convenience, and hospitality!

Really nice small hotel with well furnished apartments and modern facilities. It's not so busy and we were able to relax very well, and enjoy the spa. Food in the restaurant was okay but nothing that special. Breakfast was really good. I recommend this hotel if you are looking for a more secluded and relaxing place that isn't huge and with a ton of people.
