The staff is incredibly friendly! After we checked out, we did a hike to the Bisoke. It was super muddy that day, so I was super dirty when returning from the hike. As I needed to head back to Kigali on the same day, I phoned the hotel and asked if I could take a quick shower, and they accepted immediately!

We had an amazing stay and we certainly recommend the place for your next adventure to the Volcano National Park.

The resort met all my expectations and I was impressed with my stay. The welcoming was superb. I was offered an upgraded superior room which was super clean and specious with great amenities. The food was what i expected and the indian Chef Mr Vinod did a great job in preparing my vegetarian meal. All staff were super friendly and everything was taken care of. I will definitely return to stay at Virunga Inn.
