The place was clean and very high end, the staff were all very welcoming. Specially Razan. Was very polite and professional and all the people in jeddah actually make you feel like you’re at home all the time.

The stuff makes the difference and Hotel is really nice and I wish them the best luck. I just hope that the cleaners will clean all the rooms thoroughly.
