Clean, welcoming, nice private room, shared bathroom and toilet was so clean and convenient. There is also a great washing machine for free ! Even if there are many guest, all was very ok and clean. Internet works fine and you have services like rental motorbikes or bikes. Everything went perfect. Couldn’t have been better and the ratio quality/price… nothing can beat it in the neighborhood ! This place is AWESOME. The host was extremely helpful and offered to pick us up from the bus terminal. The bedroom and bathroom are spotless, newly renovated, spacious and well equipped. The hotel provides Netflix, Amazon Prime and other streaming services so you can chill in your room at night. The electronics and fittings provided are good quality, e.g. Sony TV, Philips hair dryer and Electrolux water heater. Free mineral water at the common area and free bikes to use if you wish to cycle around. WIFI worked well for my video calls at night. They change the towels and made the bed every day, even provide free laundry services if you stay more nights. The service is exceptional. Location is quite central, near restaurants, McDonald’s and the riverfront.

Great proximity to Erewan falls and the surrounding natural reserve. The free kayaking was absolutely superb. Complimentary breakfast was delicious and so was the other food you could order.

The views across a beautiful bend in the river with a backdrop of farmers fields and craggy mountain peaks were absolutely stunning. The grounds were beautifully landscaped, and the pool was gorgeous. Our room was well-appointed, spacious and comfortable. Even though it is a tent, it was very clean and kept cool by the AC. The included breakfast was very good and freshly prepared, and the on-site restaurant had delicious food at reasonable prices. We loved having all of our meals on the deck overlooking the river. There were fun activities included in the price that our family really enjoyed. These included a 30 minute ATV ride, a zip-line, wall climbing, and archery. The location was great. It felt quiet and remote, but there was plenty to do just a short drive away. If you would like to explore the surrounding area, it is very helpful to have a car. All of the staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. We will definitely be back!

The owner even offered us a free ride for the train station after our taxi drive forgot our reservation.
