The pool was amazing as was the pool bar! Bartenders hospitality should not go without notice, they made our stay so much better! The staff in general were great, very polite and helpful. Restaurant was good with various dishes to choose from. We hope one day to come back!

The whole experience was incredible. To find a genuine sanctuary doing genuine work took some research but was so worth it. Very inspiring and wonderful to see so many beautiful rescued animals. We liked the fact that we were supporting such a worthy cause. I really recommend the day tour. We will definitely definitely return! Thank you

Staff is very helpful and speak English well. Booking activities through them is a breeze, and they offer plenty.
