There is a work desk, couch, kitchenette with kettle, toaster, and hot plate. Everything was cleaned well and the balcony is amazing in the morning and evening time. There is a nice local restaurant with coffee drinks and Italian sodas 2 door down and many places within walking distance.

Location: one block to shops but extremely quiet room, sense of nature nearby but also near an all day market leading to the bridge. It's a short taxi ride to train station. Breakfast included but we slept so well and so long that we missed it. Excellent value.
