The staff was very friendly and hospitable since arrival and during our whole stay. Room service/cleaning was of a very good quality. Hotel territory is very comfortable and contemporary, the restaurants are very good.

We had 2 bedroom apartment with pool access which was perfect for our family. 7/11 , laundry and massage just outside the hotel. Great pool. Very clean. Also good variety of restaurants and bars. We used Grab for traveling and food orders which was very comfortable and only 5 minutes from every place we wanted to visit.

Great location only minutes walk from the train station. The room and common areas are very clean. It's quiet and peaceful. Their response over WhatsApp is very quick. Great location. A clean and large private villa with great cooking facilities and a large fridge and tv. The hosts are so lovely and will do anything to help, and the food they cook is delicious. The pool is incredible, clean and well maintained and perfect for spending an afternoon with. 7-eleven is in walking distance, about 15mins away but it’s not on Google maps, however the hosts have a map in the villa of everything around. The beach is also very near and the hosts can drive you into Hua Hin as grabs could sometimes be a bit hard to get. I will definitely be staying here again!

Excellent location for exploring the Sam Roi Yot National Park. The host Chris is super friendly and helpful and gives you really good advice on what to see in the National Park and how to go on about it. The hotel is small and cosy, very clean and the breakfast is really excellent. Highly recommended!

Our concierge was AMAZING. Very personable, helpful, and kind. We were walking into the area and he saw us and offered a ride to our restaurant on his golf cart. The villa was fantastic and it was obvious that the resort owners thought of every tiny possible detail that would make our stay as comfortable as possible. I mean - pillow mist? A flashlight? A picnic basket for the beach? My fiance and I lived in our robes the whole time. Lastly, the private beach with the temples and Buddha statue in the close distance was magical. Next time I am in Thailand we are staying agian and will recommend it to anyone who is visiting Hua Hin/Khao Tao.
