We had an amazing 11-night stay at the Hyatt Koh Samui! From start to finish, the service was (family-) friendly, thoughtful, and very guest-focused. We stayed in one of their villas, which was good for our family of four (with kids aged 5 and 7). They added a cot next to the sofa and the kids slept comfortably. The villa was clean, spacious, and comfortable, offering everything we needed for a relaxing holiday. The private pool was definitely a highlight and we spent our entire days swimming! The food across the resort was delicious with plenty of variety, and the staff showed incredible care when one of us felt a little under the weather — something we truly appreciated. Highly recommend this resort for families looking for a beautiful, welcoming, and luxurious getaway. We would love to return someday!

She will arrange excursions, transport to the town, will help you find transport to other places in Thailand, and will make you feel at home. They are open and honest. Location is quiet in the middle of nature/plantations; food in the restaurant is good and affordable.

We stayed here with our family in March 2024 and we were extremely happy with everything. The hotel is beautiful, the location is perfect, and the staff is wonderful. We want to say a HUGE thank you to Naing. He helped us with everything and took such great care of our family. He made our stay special. Samui Zenity is located near Maenam beach and local activities (restaurant, local markets, bar) The hotel provides a free shuttle service to and from Maenam Beach, scooter rental is available on site.... Truly a hidden gem in Samui. Amazing pool for kids to enjoy, kitchen are for all the family to cook meals together. Staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms are nice and clean.
